Very active in the community, Holy Spirit Lutheran Church is all about family. Fellowship is on Sundays at 8am, 9am and 11:30am and members are welcomed to meet and great with not only each other but new visitors. Children, adult and youth activities meet in both small and large groups. Also a part of the church is a preschool on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30am - noon for four and five year olds, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 - 11:30am for three year olds.
The national Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) is a growing, multi-ethnic denomination. Traditional in worship but not rigid in ceremony, the ECC values the community of fellowship together. The Korean Kirkland Covenant Church has adult, men, women and youth groups. Also a part of the ministry are family retreats and Bible study.
South Kirkland Park and Ride is a parking area and station for Metro Transit and Sound Transit riders. The location has more than 500 parking spots and also includes bicycle lockers.
