Founded in 1909, Tomales Bay Oyster Company is one of the oldest shellfish farms in California. It offers a variety of sizes of hand-picked pacific oysters and mussels. Tomales Bay Oyster Company also imports pacific oysters and manila clams from certified farms in the Pacific Northwest. It uses custom-designed salt water holding system. Tomales Bay Oyster Company also provides various sundry items, such as oyster knives, ice, charcoal, tapatio hot sauce and limes.
