There is no one-size-fits-all diet plan. Landman & Associates team of Registered Dietitians specialize in comprehensive nutritional programs tailored to the specific health condition, age and lifestyle of each of our patients, oriented to work for the long term. Based on over 25 years of experience, we have devised a very successful, fully individualized 4 step program: Step 1 - We start by conducting a comprehensive assessment to uncover causes for your symptoms or health issues. Your dietary intake, activity level, medication you are taking, and lab work are reviewed. We may suggest a metabolic, body fat, and/ or allergy test, and provide a computerized nutrition analysis, if necessary. Step 2 - Based on the information obtained, a dietary and nutritional supplement program is designed just for you. Step 3 - We help implement the program through follow up visits, in person or via the phone. Habits and diet changes needed to succeed are addressed and resources are provided to support your success.
