Located beside the City Hall building, the Central Services Department of the Athens-Clarke County government has many roles. Central Services provides business support to employees of Athens-Clarke County and the public through public records, parking and public health.
Providing safe landscapes for Athens-Clarke County parks, facilities and roadways are also a priority. Central Services protects the public health from at-large dangerous animals. Other responsibilities of Central Services include delivering facilities and equipment services to Athens-Clarke County employees and the public in auction services, telephone services and billing, as well as print shop services and maintenance.
