All the work is done on-site, and dogs, accompanied by their owners, are invited to come to the showroom for a fitting. The customization options range from color schemes, to hardware, to gemstones. Harnesses are also available, along with custom nameplates. A one to three week turnaround time is the norm, depending on the job's complexity.
