The Northwest Settlement House Infant and Toddler Early Learning Center provides stimulating and nurturing child care for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks to 3 years. We are an intimate organization serving no more than 44 families in our daytime program. In September 2009, the Infant and Toddler Early Learning Center was opened to compete with the start of the art Providers in the Washington, DC Area. Our Center is bright, full of windows and can be viewed from the 7th Street side. We are located on the 1st floor of the Madison Haven Apartments, directly across from the Shaw/Howard Metro Station. Entrance is on the S Street side. The Center is currently accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
