The Thunderbird Villa Mobile Home Park is an upscale trailer park of over 300 modern mobile homes. All of the trailers are privately owned and listings are sold via the normal real estate market channels such as a broker. The office of the park does have a listing and will be able to direct you to the appropriate agent. Often some off the mobile homes are leased and this information is also available. Owners pay a monthly rental fee for the right to park in the beautifully landscaped and maintained property. There’s a centralized clubhouse adjacent to the swimming pool and recreation room. The space may also be rented for special events.
