Serving the local community since 2007, St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church is located on Belcher just north of Easy Bay Drive. It offers many programs for youth, adults and for people "in-between jobs." There is always some sort of humanitarian effort going on at the church. The website is comprehensive and user-friendly.
Clearwater Healing House offers a course in learning how to pray more effectively. It is located in a converted house that has been owned by the Flowing House Church for more than 20 years. A member of the International Association of Healing Rooms based in Spokane, Wash., the website and literature feature testimonials from people who say they were helped.
