Popos has been a treasured tradition in the West Valley since 1964. With loyal customers, friends, and employees, the eatery has achieved a reputation of quality food and service. The restaurant is known for its Chimicungas, a burrito with a choice of fillings, stuffed and then deep fried to a golden brown. Topped with a choice of guacamole, sour cream or spicy jalapeno cream cheese. Popos prides itself on being the place families can come to for a friendly atmosphere, a hearty meal and a margarita.
