SR Chanen & Co is the investment banking wing of Phoenix-based Chanen Construction Company. The company specializes in general contracting, construction management, design/build, build-to-suit and development services. It has worked on projects in the higher education, resort and gaming, retail, aviation, manufacturing, health care, special use, office and municipal markets. The Chanen organization was established in 1955 and has created building structures throughout the nation. It supports such philanthropic and civic organizations as Aid to Adoption of Special Kids, American Heart Association, Home Base Youth Services and the Maricopa Colleges Foundation Scholarship Fund.
