With three locations in Boston, Fenway Community Health is a provider of mental health and medical care services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender commmunities working or living in the Fenway area. The Copley Practice is staffed with six behavioral health specialists: Richard Casey, L.I.C.S.W., Dr. Anika Goldman, Psy.D., Dr. Henrietta Kernan, D.O., Linda Lundblad, A.P.R.N., Dr. Joyce Myers, MD and Dr. Edward Rabe, MD. Issues treated include early childhood mental disorders, developmental disabilities, psychopharmacology, anxiety and mood disorders and pediatric mood disorders. Behavioral health evaluations are provided.
Dare is a non-profit social services program, with six regional offices throughout Massachusetts and one in Connecticut. Dare provides intensive foster care for children that have been entrusted to them by the state after being separated from their biological parents due to abuse or neglect.
Additionally, Dare offfers an Intellectual Disabilities program and a Newburyport location—in which it houses pregnant and parenting teen girls. The Somerville office is the administrative headquarters.
