At East-West Therapy Hawaii, I offer individuals a safe, supportive, encouraging, non-judgmental, and nurturing space where they may explore and grow. I offer traditional "Western" therapeutic modalities such as Jungian-based Depth Psychotherapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy while weaving in other creative modalities such as Dreamwork, Meditation Practice, and Sandplay Therapy.
