We invite you to explore Yoga and Meditation for physical and mental health and well-being, and for stress relief.  Our Yoga Classes emphasize slow stretch with breath awareness, and deep relaxation training. The style is non-competitive: you proceed at your own level; beginners and experienced students are all welcome.   Our Meditation training is designed to help you learn how to gradually unclutter and calmly focus your mind, during sitting practice and in daily life, as well.
