Otto & Sons Stockyards is a processor of ready to cook and fully cooked bacon. In addition to its bacon processing equipment, the plant also added cook kettles and automatic scaling and packaging equipment to process and package chili, beans and other kettle-cooked specialties. Otto & Sons West Chicago has been processing ready to cook beef and pork patties and fajita strips for more than 30 years. Due to upgrades and improvements, this facility has nearly 10 ready to cook patty lines. Otto & Sons West Jordan produces ready to cook beef, pork and turkey patties and a variety of whole muscle fajita strips. This division has more than five patty lines and a whole muscle strip line. All Otto & Sons plants are located in or around Chicago.

Founded by James Joseph Ebzery, Great Western Beef Company has remained a family business for nearly 100 years. Great Western Beef Company is a USDA inspected ( #2534 ), portion control meat purveyor. When purchasing boxed beef, we only purchase from a few selective meat packers. These packers are located in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota. We purchase USDA corn fed cattle that is aged for a minimum of 21 days. This ensures that the meat yields the richest flavor and tenderness. After the meat is aged to perfection, it is then hand cut to the customers specification. At Great Western Beef Company, we pride ourselves on delivering the finest products to our customers.

City Foods, Incorporated is a USDA inspected facility, which produces about 400,000 - 500,000 pounds of beef products per week. Most of its volume is in the form of the large quantities of fresh domestic steer navels it bones out daily. The company purchases truckloads of USDA Selected and USDA Choice navels from western United States slaughterers. The company has a crew of highly skilled butchers who bone the fresh, steer navel-short plates to produce high quality fresh and frozen beef 50 percent trimmings, outer skirt steaks, inner skirt steaks, navel pastrami pieces, beef bacon pieces, center cut navel short ribs, rib cap meat, rib finger meat, bones and edible suet.
