Founded in 1869, Chatham College is located in Pittsburgh. It is a women s undergraduate and coeducational graduate college. Chathams academic curriculum is divided into various divisions, including art and design, business and entrepreneurship, global and public policy studies, health sciences, human development, natural and physical sciences, and writing, literary and cultural studies. The college also offers internships, study abroad facility, service learning, leadership training opportunities and personal development seminars. The college also provides various graduates and five-year masters program, including accountancy, biology, nursing and creative writing. It also has gateway and international programs. La Roche College, founded in 1963 and located in Pittsburgh, is a college that offers educational programs to students from various national and cultural backgrounds. The college is Catholic by affiliation and was founded by the Sisters of Divine Providence in Pittsburgh. The institution provides a program, Pacem In Terris that provides scholarship assistance to students from around the world, including conflict, post-conflict, and developing nations. More than 300 students from Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the Caribbean have come to La Roche College as Pacem In Terris scholars. The program is one of the few in the United States to provide full scholarship support for tuition, room and boarding students from such nations.
