Silver Eagle Group MMA Training Academy is a general practice martial arts instruction company serving students in Ashburn and the surrounding areas. Sterner's Tae Kwon Do Academy is a martial arts studio providing self-defense and fitness classes to students from its locations in Herndon and Ashburn. There are different class levels available for each age range, including the Dragon level for kids 21/2-4, the Tiger level for kids 5-6, the Warrior level for kids 7-12 and the Martial Artist program for teens and adults 13 and older. After-school martial arts programs also are available, including transportation services directly from the child's school in Reston, Herndon, Great Falls and Ashburn.
