Vallari's Self-Defense Center, located on Easton Road, offers karate, self-defense and mixed martial arts instruction. Some classes are open to all, while others are based on age and/or skill level. This self-defence center also hosts birthday parties.
Paek's Tae Kwon Do School encourages self-disipline and fitness through a mixture of Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Hap Ki Do and aerobic kick boxing. Grandmaster Kim has more than 35 years experience in the martial arts and very impressive resume. The school also offers Yoga classes.
