Sidekicks Family Martial Arts Centers is a fitness and martial arts instruction studio with multiple locations in the Tampa area. The studio, led by master instructor and Seventh Degree Black Belt Manuel Cabrera Jr., offers a wide range of programs, including martial arts classes for children, teens and adults. Some instruction programs include mixed martial arts, krav maga self defense, fitness kickboxing, junior training and weapons training. Other activities include summer camps, as well as after-school programs and the Warrior X-Fit program.
Fishhawk Martial Arts Academy provides an after school program with transportation. The Academy experienced staff offers Aiki-Jujutsu, Tai-Chi, Yoga and Japanese Meditation classes, in addition to hosting weekend birthday parties and monthly seniors and women's self defense workshops.
