Nichols Yacht Yard is a full-service marina that stores and services more than 450 boats a year, mainly recreational vessels. It has 165 in-water slips, as well as 150 dry valet racks. In addition to repairs, and water and electricity hook-ups, the marina also offers bathroom and shower facilities.

Three Mile Harbor Boatyard is located at the Head of the Harbor in East Hampton. The first marina and boatyard on Three Mile Harbor as you head into Springs, this large, full-service boatyard offers a variety of boating services, from hauling to repairs. It sells marine supplies, including bait, tackle, paints, charts and ice. Dockage ensures views of beautiful sunsets over the harbor.

Sag Harbor Sailing is a school located at Hidden Cove Marina that offers sailing lessons and rentals from May through October. It recently received awards from the American Sailing Association for its program. The school also sells sailing-related products through its Web site.

A family-owned business established in 1979, Blue Point Marina is located directly across the bay from Fire Island and is within walking distance of the Brookhaven-owned Corey Beach. The marina offers mechanical repairs, gas pumps and a marine-supply store. Boat slips hold boats up to 45 feet in length, with a boathouse located on the premises for larger boats to dock year-round.
