The Mad Woodchuck, located on San Benito Avenue in Los Gatos, specializes in cabinetry and millwork for custom interiors, including historical reproductions and historical renovations, doors and window sash, wood restoration and hand-carved architectural elements, among other things. Owner Kevin Fernandez began apprenticing at the age of 14 with violin makers, wood carvers and master finishers. The company is renowned for architectural renovation, restoration projects and custom design commissions. It has been in business for more than 30 years.
