The Hutchinson Public Library is a center for reading, learning and information source. Based in Hutchinson, Kan., the library has several departments, such as reference, children, youth, circulation service, computer laboratory and adult education department. Its huge collection comprises books, magazines, videos, DVDs and music CDs. It also offers digital media collection, such as iPod compatible audio books, radio classics, MP3 audio books and adobe e-books. The Children Department offers materials and services for children from infants through sixth grade. Its young adult section offers resource for homework help, teen issues, college and career related for middle school and high school students. The Hutchinson Public Library has a computer lab, which is available for the public free of charge. Additionally, it also offers adult education and literacy classes.
