I am a former Prosecutor, also known to some as an Assistant Commonwealths Attorney or Assistant district Attorney. I prosecuted many cases in Dinwiddie and spent a lot of time in General District Court seeking high fines and jail time. I left the Commonwealths Attorney office in 2008 and now defend those who have traffic and criminal charges. I work hard to save people from high fines or jail time. If you have a good driving record, hire me and I will fight to try to keep it that way. If your driving record is bad, hire me and I will fight to try to keep it from getting worse. Certain traffic convictions can have a negative affect on your driving record and could result in raising your car insurance premiums. Moreover, some traffic offenses in VA, for example DWI, Driving on Suspended, and even Reckless Driving, carry the possibility of a fine, jail time, and the suspension of your drivers license.
