These include divorce, adoption, custody, visitation, child support, and parental rights. I am a mediation-friendly attorney and will review your settlement agreement created through mediation. I am also a collaborative law attorney who believes in the non-adversarial process for resolving family disputes. I have been trained in Divorce Mediation and I am able to provide mediation services for a variety of conflicts. I can mediate disputes surrounding family issues, as well as any conflict that may have arisen between two parties, such as neighbor-to-neighbor disagreements or private disputes. I am a trained Collaborative Law attorney who believes that family conflicts can often be better resolved outside of the courts. This means I will represent you as your attorney. All negotiations are done in cooperation with another collaborative law attorney and with the other family member involved in the dispute.
