Ariel Laboratories is a Product Development Laboratory and a Manufacturer of most forms of cosmetics and OTC products. We are located in Central New Jersey less than an hours drive from New York City. There are three sites that service our manufacturing and filling needs. We are FDA compliant in both Cosmetics and OTC products. Ariel produces Skin Care, and most categories of Colour products. Exceptions are: pencils and nail polishes. We are eager to take on challenging new projects and are driven to bring into fruition the most exotic of product ideas.Established in 1987 in the Poconos Mountains of Pennsylvania as Imperial Cosmetics Services then owned and operated by Peter Bohm. Mr. Bohms background goes back to his days at Lavin Charles of the Ritz ( Yves Saint Laurent, Arpege, My Sin, Jean Nate, Alexandra de Markoff & Hermes ) in their Research & Development Lab. Ritz was owned by E.R Squibb which lent to very high levels of sophistication in their laboratory and manufacturing practices and which helped set the standard for Mr. Bohms operations. In 1996 the company was sold to Kolmar Labs but remained in operation as Imperial Cosmetics as a subsidiary while Mr. Bohm continued with Kolmar on its Senior Management Team and as Vice President of Business Development.
