Built in 2007, the new Shrewsbury Senior High School has offered students great achievements in standardized test scores, as well as participation in co-curricular activities and athletics (despite user fees). Students are committed to giving back to the community by participating in local and national community organizations.
The Shrewsbury School Department is located at 100 Maple Ave. in the town hall. They serve one preschool, a centralized kindergarten program, four elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school.
The School Committee is also part of the School Department. It consists of five members: Chair Sandry Fryc, and members: Erin Canzano, B. Dale Magee, Mark Murray and Steve Levine.
