Learning karate at Tracy's teaches you how to defend yourself against aggressive individuals, builds your confidence and keeps you physically fit. This studio concentrates on individual instruction complimented with group instruction. The studio has been teaching men, women and children to be confident but not aggressive against other people, and to develop a life style that is confident and in harmony with nature, since 1968. The studio is located on Manchester Road a half mile east of Lindbergh.
