Jazzercise is a dance exercise franchise. The workout program offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga and kickboxing movements. Jazzercise offers Body Sculpting, Step, Circuit, Streamlined and Children's workouts. There is a "Lite" program as well as personal instruction available. A team dance is offered for teens.
