In addition to the sushi specialties, the eatery also offers katsu, udon, and curry dishes. Its lunch specials provide guests with an opportunity to try various dishes at reasonable prices.
Sango Sushi's owner is Akira Izushima. His place has a "self serve" atmosphere, in terms of condiments and drinks. Although it is not a fancy looking place, the sushi offered is fresh and tender.
