Deb excels in project management. She will coordinate labor and materials involved in the construction. This includes getting bids and keeping the project on time and on budget! There is no design charge for initial consultation at her office. Deb begins providing her design services with a visit to your home or business. At this time, she charges $90.00 an hour or a fixed fee agreement. This is dependent upon the scope of the project. Debs association with many vendors and contractors in the Champaign-Urbana, results in significant savings over the course of the project.
