Wed like to thank you for your interest in ACD Home Inspection services.We are a locally owned, full service property inspection company offering both residential home inspections as well as light commercial building surveys to the Tidewater (Norfolk, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Virginia Beach, and Gloucester) area.All of our inspection services meet or exceed both the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) standards for homes and ASTM E2018-8 for light commercial property surveys.We are equipped and trained in the use of three different Thermal Imagery Devices which we use to augment our visual inspection process. One looks at your electrical system (through the walls), one looks at your water systems (through the walls) the other looks at your home structure (studs, insulation, foundation, water intrusion, mold etc). All at no additional extra charge.ACD Home Inspections LLC is happy to provide "Life Time" support to our customers at no extra cost for as long as they own their home.
