ISI provides quality assurance and quality control for new and retrofit construction to the public and private sectors of the construction industry. ISI has provided services to a wide range of industries such as high rise buildings, bridges, hospitals, schools, offshore platforms, wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, outfalls, railways, etc.In the execution of any assignment, ISI is entrusted with a high degree of responsibility and accountability to the owner, designers and building officials. Such responsibility requires diversified and experienced staff to execute the quality assurance requirements of each project in the strictest sense. The principals of ISI have dedicated themselves to providing the construction industry with the highest level of expertise, accuracy, and integrity in the performance of inspection and testing services. ISIs staff understands that their role in fulfilling the quality control requirements of any project is a vital and critical service necessary for public protection.In addition to general building construction inspection, ISI performs structural condition assessments of existing buildings. Our services include sampling and testing archaic building materials, determining framing plans and details of structural connections, performing corrosion and coating thickness surveys, and in-situ load testing of structural components and systems.We also have technical experience in bridge construction testing and source inspections for bridge component fabrications such as dynamic isolation bearings.
