Brighton / Colorado / United States
I moved to Colorado in 1999, but Brighton has been my home since 2006. I like to call it a “little big town.” Aside from my passion for insurance, my hobbies include volunteering, kayaking, restoring cars and painting. I have been in the insurance industry since 2002, and opened the Rippy Agency in November 2013. We were honored to have been awarded the 2014 Brighton Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year People’s Choice Award. I was also honored to be named the 2017 Citizen of the Year from the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by the City of Brighton. Knowing the local families that make up our community is at the core of our agency, and serving my community is extremely important to me. Some of my involvement includes sponsoring a youth baseball team, the local high school, the senior center and various 5K races. I am also a supporter of the Boys & Girls Club, a Junior Achievement mentor and was a board member of the Brighton Shares the Harvest. I was on the Board of Directors with the Brighton Legacy Foundation and served as the Secretary of the 27J Education Foundation from 2013-2017. In February of 2018, I co-founded "RIPBEAMS", a non-profit in memory of my dad. We collect handmade beanies and give them to children with leukemia. In 2018, the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce named Ripbeams "Community Organization of the Year." Being an Allstate agent means I get to help people every day. Thanks to my background as a claims specialist, I know the questions to ask that may help you protect the assets important to you and your loved ones.
