Casa Pacifica is a gated senior (ages 62+) housing complex subsidized by HUD. The apartments are conveniently located at a Samtrans bus stop and across the street from a grocery store and just a block away from the Sanchez Library. The county provides Ready Wheels and Meals on Wheels for residents, and the three-story buildings are equipped with elevators. The apartments all consist of one bedroom and each have either a patio or balcony. The laundry facility has five washers and four dryers.
