Bridgford Food, a Dallas-based operating division of Bridgford Foods Corporation, produces and distributes a line of food products for the consumer, foodservice, convenient store, club store and vending machine markets. The company s principal products include sliced lunch meats for retail markets in the Southwestern United States, frozen bread dough products for the foodservice and retail food industries, shelf-stable dry and semi-dry sausage products for both retail and food service establishments and an assortment of frozen microwaveable sandwiches. The company employs nearly 850 people and markets its products throughout the U.S. and several overseas markets. Bridgford Food Corporation is headquartered in Anaheim, Calif., operates two manufacturing facilities in Dallas, and one each in Statesville, N.C., and Chicago.
