The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers provides information about child and family services and rights. It also acts as service coordinators for families whose children are eligible for early intervention services, generally from birth to their third birthday. The organization s information services include family coordination enrollment, screening and monitoring, developmental assessments, speech-language pathology, physical and occupational therapies, vision and hearing services, developmental therapy, adaptive development and a full range of identification and referral services. The organization targets children who have a diagnosis or condition that has a high probability of leading to a developmental delay, and children who have an identified 25 percent delay in one or more areas of development.
