The Wayland Housing Authority was established in 1970 to advocate for affordable housing for people with low to moderate incomes. In addition to the Cochituate Village Apartments for the elderly, the Authority also operates several other facilities including Bent Park and Family Scattered Site Public Housing units. Additionally, it offers services for first-time home buyers.
