Located next to the Peter A. Torigian Community Life Center, the PHA is one of several federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) agencies that operates in Massachusetts to provide Section 8 housing for low-income families, individuals with disabilities and seniors. Anne Marie Burns serves as the PHA's executive director and Arthur Turgeon serves as its program director. All told, the PHA owns and operates 500 units of state subsidized housing. The agency also has 477 rental vouchers.
