Outer Banks Resort Rentals, in arrangement with real-estate developers and other brokers, became the first company on Outer Banks to exclusively rent and resell time-shared condominiums. The company began business in July of 1984 under the ownership of Judy and Marvin Beard, who retired in the summer of 2003. OBX Unlimited, Inc ( the official name ) of Outer Banks Resort Rentals is a North Carolina Corporation that is now owned and operated by Ronda Williams.
