Bob Pace formed Central Groups four companies ( CGC ) in 1990. The organizations mission is consultation on and development and management of hospitality projects throughout the United States. Central Group Companies has developed 34 new hospitality properties and 50 projects overall, and overseen the renovation and repositioning of numerous assets, including restaurants and hotels.Central Group Companies has developed or consulted on the development of 9 hotel water park properties including, what will currently be the largest in the nation at the Grand Sierra Resort.From 1988 to 1990, he was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ManaDyne, Inc developing and managing hospitality properties in five states.From 1984 to 1988, Bob was an officer with Brutger Companies, a 30-year-old organization which developed and managed hotels and residential properties. He was responsible for site acquisition, municipal approvals, franchise negotiation, product design, financing and property sales for projects in the Midwest, Southwestern U.S, Pacific Northwest and Florida.He spent five years with the Dayton-Hudson Corporation, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in various capacities relating to real estate development and shopping center leasing throughout the United States.Bob is a Minnesota native with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.
