Since 1976, Swift Treadwell & Co has served the Memphis area and eastern Arkansas by building homes of distinction for the most discerning homeowners. We are building for the future in several ways. Spike Treadwell has grown up in the business and is taking on increasing roles with our customers. Since college, he has worked on a full-time basis to coordinate construction in order to ensure the utmost quality and satisfaction. His current responsibility as project manager includes estimating, job supervision, field personnel allocation, product quality and other duties. Our experienced staff and subcontractor network, assembled over many years, has been part and parcel of our success. We know and you know what to expect from these seasoned veterans who continue to hone their craftmanship. They demand excellence of themselves and prove it year after year. In fact, some of them have been a part of our team for more than 20 years. That all spells true dependability. Even our decision to move our office to a new location at 5178 Wheelis Drive in East Memphis was driven by customer convenience.
