In 2005, after 20 years managing complex projects for some of Chicagos premier construction companies, Craig Tolan founded Tolan Construction Company. My purpose was to create a construction-management business based on the guiding principle that my corporations priorities will never be in conflict with an owners interests.Our philosophy is entrepreneurial. We welcome assuming active and complete control over planning and managing every step of your projects construction phase, from the earliest days of conceptual estimating and approvals through the physical construction and end user turn-over. We are professional managers, focused on your risk.Managing is our only function ; we do not self-perform trade work.
