Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services is a nonprofit, Medicare-certified organization, licensed by the state of New Hampshire. The center specializes in providing community living and personalized care services, such as nursing services, pediatric, adult care, medication management and assistance in bathing, shaving, shampoo and personal hygiene. Its castle center for adult day health is licensed as a medical adult day care center, and offers recreational activities, exercises and nutritious meals and snacks to adults, under the supervision of trained staff. It provides a well child wellness program for children that offer physical examinations, immunizations, lab screenings, developmental assessments, hearing and vision screening, nutrition counseling, health education, preventive dental care, parenting education and linkages to other agencies to assist the child and family.
