The center offers psychiatric nursing, skilled nursing and case management, physical and occupational therapy, personal care assistance, and home management and support services. Its Capuano Home Health Care subsidiary provides skilled care to patients who require assistance with their medical and therapeutic needs in order to remain at home. The center s other subsidiary, Capuano Private Home Care, through its Assisted Living Without Walls program, offers a full range of private pay services for clients who do not qualify for coverage through traditional insurance, but who still require assistance to safely stay in their place of residence.
