Located in Livermore Valley wine country, the Ravenswood Historic Site is a restored Victorian home and  former home of late-19th century San Francisco politician Christopher Augustine Buckley, Sr. The home has been restored and designed to portray late 19th century life and style. Docents dressed in 1890s garb guide visitors through the estate's cottage, main house and landscaped grounds.

The Ravenswood Historic Site  hosts an old-fashioned ice cream social every August and a Christmas event every December. The Ravenswood Historic Site is open on the second and fourth Sunday of the month. Group reservations may be scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays.
