Homestead Acre/Hill Palmer House is a quaint circa 1910 redwood bungalow with flower and fruit tree gardens, situated on 1.3 acres of land. It is maintained by the Chatsworth Historical Society.

Chatsworth Historical Society was established in 1963 with the goal to preserve Chatsworth historical sites, collect historical Chatsworth photographs and artifacts and exhibit Chatsworth's history through a museum exhibition.
