Chief Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon on staff at DDI Developmental Disability Institute in Riverhead for over 15 years. Former Dental Staff President at Southampton Hospital. Dr. Nelson has been in private practice since 1995. Dr. Nelson relocated to the East End in 1992 and entered into private practice with the goal of providing exceptional and caring oral surgical services to the residents of the east end of Long Island. Dr. Nelson maintains offices: Hampton Bays, Southampton, East Hampton. Former President of Southampton Hospital Dental Staff. Primary on call for OMS Southampton Hospital Emergency Room. Dr. Nelson with his wife and three sons Andrew, Michael and Lucas are full time residents of Southampton. Both Dr. Nelson and his wife Chrys are active community members.
