The Family HealthCare Network, also known as FHCN, is a community-based organization that specializes in nursing assistance. The organization has more than 10 locations throughout Tulare and Kings Counties in California. The Family HealthCare Network offers family planning, radiology, mammography and ultrasound services. The organization also provides behavioral health care, nutritional counseling, digital retinal screening and transportation services.
