Tracy Manor is a family owned and operated residential care facility located in West Hartford. It provides each resident with full 24 hour staffing, medication, bathing and grooming assistance, laundry services, meal preparation and other related services. Activities take place regularly both on and off the facility and include everything from movie nights to painting classes, field trips, board games, shopping trips and more. The Frances Warde Apartments are part of the Mercy Community Health Hospital in the St. Mary Church. They are open to elderly and disabled clients. There are 97 one-bedroom apartments in the building. It has been managed by Maryann Loveland for 15 years, but St Mary's has been in existence for over 200 years!
