The Nashua Senior Activity Center offers educational, recreational and wellness activities for individuals age 50 years and older. It welcomes all seniors from Nashua and surrounding communities.
The Center, which is located at 70 Temple Street in Nashua, NH provides a place for senior to attend educational lectures, meet with friends for coffee and participate in interest clubs, fitness classes and such games as backgammon, pool, checkers and chess. Classes offered include yoga, aerobics, Pilates, Zumba, line dancing, cards, painting and much more.
This is a private, non-profit organization that is sustained by contributions from foundations, individuals and businesses as well as by memberships.
Plant Fitness offers cardio and strength building equipment. Michelle Trudeau is the manager and can explain the plans the gym offers, and can offer a free fitness training session. The gym has personal trainers and massages with classes daily including 30-minute fitness, abs, chest, back and legs.
Natural Physique is a personal training studio offering weight training, nutritional advice and consultation, body fat analysis, sport training and core training. Private and semi-private boxing and kickboxing classes are also offered. The facility has a full gym, kitchen and private shower. There is no membership required.
The Nashua School of Gymnastics has been in business since 1978, and is located next to Work Out World. The school teaches students how to use the floor, beam, vault, and bars safely. There are also tumbling classes for toddlers and their parents.

Z Club is a fitness studio which provides high-energy workout classes. In addition to the Zumba and Zumbatomic classes, Z Club also offers bootcamp classes incorporating free weights, resistance and body weight. Inidividuals may pay per class or purchase packages and there are no initial fees.
Koko FitClub uses exercise machines equipped with monitoring technology to provide members personal training. These monitors keep track of the user's condition and increases intensity accordingly to the select regimen, as well as providing coaching tips.
Jason Brennan opened American Fitness Center located on Bridge Street one year ago and has many happy clients who look to the club to get them and keep them in shape. The facility has free weights, a kickboxing area, cardio area, indoor obstacle course, stretching mats and functional training. Classes offered include boot camp, total body toning, kickboxing, lunch crunch and kettlebell. One-on-one or semi-private training is available, and different levels of memberships are offered.
