Master Park is a 9th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and an 8th Degree Black Belt in Judo and has been involved in martial arts for more than 50 years. Self-Defense: The techniques of the Martial Arts were developed on ancient battle fields. By returning from battle alive and healthy, warriors proved the effectiveness of their techniques. In todays world, while teaching a person to defend themselves in a safe and effective manner, we emphasize the mental control and restraint necessary in the use of potentially dangerous force.

*Strikes (kicking and punching) for long-range self-defense.
*Grappling and striking (elbows and knees) for close-range and ground defense-90% of all fights end up on the ground.
*Controlling techniques can subdue and attacker without causing any injury to them.

Mental Discipline: The mind needs to learn discipline as well as the body. Students of the Martial Arts will develop better goal-setting skills, positive mental attitudes, and a positive self image, as well as:
